THE PRETTY IN INK PROMISE

We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please text or call us at 301-404-2336 during our regular business hours if you are unable to do this through our online booking system.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(NO SHOW POLICY)

  • in cancelling your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.

  • After the first missed appointment you forfeit your deposit and must pay another to schedule. 

  • If you violate any of the cancel, reschedule, late policies for a complimentary touch up you will forfeit the right to a free touch up and you may schedule it again AT COST.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • 72 hours notice of reschedule is required

  • Within the 72 hour window, clients will not be given the option to reschedule their appointment--only to cancel.

  • If you do not reschedule when cancelling, we will hold your deposit for up to 20 days to give you time to coordinate a new appointment

  • If you do not schedule a new appointment within 20 days, you will forfeit your deposit.

LATE POLICY

  • If you arrive any later than 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will forfeit your deposit.

  • A $25 fee per 15 minute late will be added 

SHOP POLICIES

  • If you arrive with children, your appointment will be cancelled with the chance to reschedule, but you will forfeit your deposit.

  • If you arrive without proper identification to verify age, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

  • We do not service minors under the age of 16.  Minors must be accompanied by parent/guardian.  We will need proper government issued identification of both parent and minor, any guardianship paperwork, along with recent photo identification if government issued ID photo is outdated.

  • Changes to sketch/design must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment

DEPOSIT POLICIES

  • Deposits are 35% of the total cost of your tattoo, add ons, and service fees.

  • PLEASE NOTE--THIS DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

  • You may not transfer a deposit to another person or use it for a different service/tattoo 

  • Deposit is transferable once by rescheduling.
