Through ink and art, we hope to provide breast cancer survivors with a third choice after battle beyond reconstruction.  Cancer doesn't have to leave the last mark, or have the last punch--we want to help turn painful memories into a beautiful healing journey.

We will select four lucky warriors based on their story, canvas and design preference for a full mastectomy or double mastectomy coverup or port scar coverup.

Please use the form bellow to nominate a deserving woman that has faced health obstacles by sharing their story and possible design ideas no later than Saturday, October 4 2025!

  • Semi-finalists selected October 7nd

  • Pre-screen interviews October 8-9 (must be available for facetime/video call)

Nominees will be selected by Monday October 10.

Important Dates (Must be available for both)
