Loretta

Originally diagnosed with what was believed to be stage one breast cancer, Loretta's journey became more difficult when it was discovered to be stage two during her single mastectomy. Her chemotherapy protocols were especially hard on her and her family. Throughout it all, her young son, Marcel, was her constant motivation. Her story of strength was so profound that her best friend, who was over 1,000 miles away, was inspired by her courage and resilience from a distance.
